Local meals! Some Organic Strawberries available! Today my kids made quesadillas for lunch. they used tortillas from Taco Farm, with a bit of sunflower oil from Mat's Fine Oils (time to order more!) and a mix of Monterey Jack and Colby Cheese from Millbank Cheese inside. We had Empire apples from Martin's Family Fruit Farm on the side. Now I need to clean up the kitchen! Do you ever find yourself eating a completely local meal? We hope to offer these everbearing strawberries until the early fall! Organic Strawberries from Lena Horst have been added in limited quantity! We'll add more when we can guarantee more are available. It's been a rough season! Elvina Bauman has red leaf lettuce and Snow Peas available! Lester and Irene Brubacher have Romaine Lettuce available!
