We won't have our regular Friday market this week but the order form is open if you want to plan ahead for August 8th and snag a few of the items that are limited in supply. We're so excited to offer the first peaches of the season. The Harrow Diamond Peach is a smaller peach that comes away from the stone quite easily (although it is not classified as a free stone). They are delicious! We have them available by the 3 L basket, or as 10 or 20 lb bulk bags. Order until Monday at 4pm and stop by for fresh produce at Entertaining Elements in downtown Kitchener from noon to 6pm. You can stop a car momentarily in from of the store as it is a loading zone. I found that very helpful last week! Enjoy all this amazing fruit! Rachael Look for: Blueberries from Warner's in a limited amount (order early as they will be delisted Monday morning) Raspberries by the full or half flat (individual pints will be for sale spontaneously). Nectarines are available in 3 L baskets Apricots are available as first and seconds. They are so amazing a sweet Yellow Plums are smaller with sweetness and tartness. They have a red cheek. Everbearing Strawberries are available by the quart or flat of 6 A note about our fruit from Niagara All our Niagara fruit is Tree Run, which means that the fruit is not sent to the grading station. The fruit is picked riper (and tastier) and avoids fungicidal baths and defuzzing in the case of peaches. You will find smaller and larger fruit together in your box. Enjoy the ripest fruit first!
