Welcome to the new year! I'm excited for days getting longer and enjoying all the amazing food we put up in the summer as well as all the storage crops, meat, cheese and baking that continue to be available year round. Stocking up for eating mostly local food for 3 weeks is a challenge that can be fun too!

Comolea Farms has their Honey-Garlic and Onion-Sage Sausages wrapped in butcher paper are on sale for this pickup! These are made with 70% highland beef, 30% pork. New from Comolea is London Broil which is seasoned pork wrapped in a flank steak. It cooks just like a steak!
Rounds Beans are available for this pickup so stock up! They are the freshest dried beans we've ever had! Don't forget to stock up on black beans and red lentils!
We have Organic Soup Hens from Apple Creek Farms available
From Hewitt's Dairy we offer Goat butter, Goat Skim Milk Powder, and Goat Yogurt
Ontario Natural brand offers OrganicTofu, Wild Caught Trout and Whitefish from Manitoulin Island, Organic Tomatoes in BPA free cans, Frozen organic veggies like Broccoli, Kale and Sweet Potatoes
Plan Taco Night with everything from Creama la Vaquita and Cheese from Local Dairy (try their Chihuahua or Oaxaca), salsas, hot sauces and amazing toppings from Taco Farm and don't forget taco shells and fresh tortillas from Taco Farm and McKechnie.
Do you need flour? We have Oak Manor organic flours and grains as well as 1847 Stone Milling both available.
