A Message from Rachael:

Shanah Tovah! For those for you celebrating new year 5773, may it be sweet! Did you know that it is traditional to eat apples and honey during Rosh Hashanah to symbolize a sweet year? I know there were lots of people buying Honeycrisp Apples on Friday, so if you did, sit down and savour one and let that sweetness last for a whole year. Our honey from Bauman Apiaries is also very sweet and this week we added honey in the comb to our order form. Why now? Because someone asked! Thank you for asking for the amazing food you want each week!

Things to look for:
  • Ground Cherries - Sweet and tastes a bit like pineapple!
  • Double Smoked Bacon Caramels from Hugo & Nate available in limited quantity. Like nothing else you've tasted (in the 'other' section)
  • Stock up on McKechnie Tortillas and tamales and tacos and tostadas and wraps and...
  • J&D Peters are back from holidays and should have lots of pasta and noodles
  • The Nutty Bakers are back too
  • Bulk Beets!
