Bartlett -  Light-green to completely yellow in colour. These are the juiciest pears for fresh eating. You can cook them to make pear sauce or pear butter.    Bosc - Great for poaching! A high quality, flavourful, dessert winter pear with excellent keeping quality. D'Anjou - This pear has a pale green skin that doesn't change colour as the pear ripens. Comolea Farms is our newest supplier of naturally raised Highland Beef! From Kim: We offer a natural, healthy alternative to today's commercially raised beef. Our animals are raised without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones and they are never fed animal-by-products. All our cattle are raised on grass/hay & minerals with a handful of grain. We do not feed corn to our cattle. Please look in the 'meats and proteins' section for Comolea's Honey-Garlic Sausages as well as Onion-Sage Sausages (70% Highland beef & 30% pork) and in our 'beef' section for their Extra Lean Ground Highland Beef and Lean Highland Stewing Beef!
